It's now the month of February and everyone knows this month is dedicated to celebrating absolutely everything we love as individuals. Mardi Gras, Valentine's Day, and Black History are several reasons to celebrate and fill your entire day with festivities and fun.
There are several Black-owned restaurants in the Lafayette area that even our employees love frequenting. Restaurants such as Kitchen on Klinton, Noah's Cafe, Reggie's Soulfood, and Super Taters are prime examples of Black-owned restaurants that thrive in this community.
With Fat Tuesday being on February 13th and Valentines Day the very next day (February 14th) , we at Sheltering Arms hope you get to enjoy some delicious King Cake and celebrate the month of love!
