Sheltering Arms Independent Case Management Agency is Licienced through the Louisiana Department of Health to provide Support Coordination in Region 4 Parishes which includes; Lafayette, St. Martin, Acadia, Iberia, Vermillion, Evangeline, and St. Landry.
We specialize In gaining access to the full range of needed services for Developmental Disabled Individuals.
S.A is also a Certified Medicaid Application Center. We assist applicants with enrolling in Healthy Louisiana Insurance Plans
Support Coordination
Sheltering Arms Independent Case Management Agency (SA) provides support coordination by assisting with accessing services and resources needed for each clients optimal quality of life. Sheltering Arms can coordinate community services such as medical care, access to appropriate doctors, clients prescribed medication, therapist, equipment, and educational services
